All tournament organizers that will host DPC leagues during the winter season
Last night in the Dota 2 client, information appeared that Perfect World would host a regional league in China again. And in South America, there will be a new organizer, 4D Esports.
A few days ago, DreamHack, Epicenter, and ESL announced their involvement in the winter seasons. But Beyond the Summit hasn't announced anything officially but confirmed it in private correspondence. Thus, we know the names of all the organizers of the DPC Leagues for the Winter Season.

Regional League: Winter Season will be held from November 29 to January 23. For now, we know the dates for the CIS, European, and North American qualifiers — November 19-24.
Dota Pro Circuit 2021/2022 will be played in 6 regions and has 3 seasons, each ending with a major: Winter, Spring, and Summer. Each season, teams will compete for cash prizes, slots on the majors, and DPC qualification points needed for a direct invitation to The International 11.
