Games To Watch

Gaimin Gladiators vs. Team Spirit - Game 2

In Game 2 of the series between the Gladiators and Team Spirit, Quinn again went for his trusty Huskar which didn’t work out well against BetBoom the other day. This time, Gaimin Gladiators were able to take control of the game with a 7,000 gold lead by the 26-minute mark. However, Team Spirit won an excellent team fight outside the Top Roshan area to keep the game even and claim Roshan for themselves.

Despite having an Aegis lead, Gaimin Gladiators still came out victorious in a crucial team fight at the Radiant Triangle to push the lead back to their side. It wasn’t too clean, but the Gladiators finally closed the game at 53 minutes.

Talon vs. 9 Pandas - Game 1

The first game between Talon and 9 Pandas seemed like a total stomp for the Eastern European team, who demolished the laning stage and built up a 20,000 net worth lead at 30 minutes.

The game was looking very bleak for the side of Talon until they took a great fight at the Bottom Radiant Jungle, where they managed to kill off four 9 Pandas heroes and claim the Aegis of Immortality. Despite the fantastic sequence of events, the comeback remained uncertain as they were still down 17,000 gold.

It felt like déjà vu, as another massive team fight broke out in the same spot ten minutes later in the Bottom Radiant Jungle, where Talon once again came out on top to allow them to take Roshan the second time.

This conversion was finally enough to push the Southeast Asian team to pull off a truly remarkable comeback. Hats off to the Indonesian Mid Laner Mikoto who ended 18/1/11 on his Windranger in such a difficult game.
