EHOME is on hiatus until the new DPC season start
Chinese Esports organization EHOME announced on their Weibo page that the entire Dota 2 roster is taking a vacation until the start of the new DPC season. The team will miss all tournaments. The announcement doesn't say what changes await the EHOME roster upon their return from vacation.
EHOME lost the previous DPC season. The team failed to qualify for The International 10, not earning a single point. The team also failed to qualify through the regional tournament, losing to Elephant with a 1-3 score in the grand final. The last tournament the team participated in was the i-League 2021 playoffs, where the team had nothing to show and dropped out after the first round.
The upcoming OGA Dota Pit China Season 5, scheduled for August 7-16, will be held without EHOME. Eight teams from China will compete for the championship title and a total prize pool of $150,000.
