Hellbear Smashers passed their DPC league slot to Into the Breach

According to the official Hellbear Smashers Twitter account, the team has passed their slot in the DPC: Europe Lower Division to the new Into the Breach roster.
The reason for such a decision is that the entire previous roster of Hellbear Smashers had been disbanded, and the players found new teams already. The announcement doesn't say whether the slot was passed for free or sold.
Into the Breach also participated in the regional DPC league last season, but its slot belonged to team member ??Dmitry "Fishman" Polishchuk. After leaving the organization, he retained the slot.
