Heroic Enters Dota 2 With K1 And Scofield
Norwegian esports organization Heroic, known for their Danish Counter-Strike team, has entered the Dota 2 scene by signing a South American roster.
The team includes some familiar faces:
- K1
- 4nalog
- Davai Lama
- Scofield
- Kj
- kaffs (Coach)
K1 and Scofield have had a broad history of playing with each other, starting from their Beastcoast days. However, the two players were split up when K1 was removed from Beastcoast and joined Nouns, where the Carry player helped the North American squad finish in the top eight at Ti12.
Meanwhile, the Brazilian duo, 4nalog and Kj, were a part of Keyd Stars, a South American roster that qualified for The International 12. Unfortunately, the roster finished in 13th-16th place.
Davai Lama is the only import in the Heroic roster. The Belgian player played for D1 Hustlers, a Western European stack that almost qualified for The International 12 but fell short against PSG.Quest in the qualification match. Davai Lama currently has 12,000 MMR and is one of the highest-ranked Off Laners in the world.
These five talented players will be under the watchful eye of coach kaffs, who previously worked with Evil Geniuses' South American roster.
