K1 Joins Nouns For TI Qualifiers
North American team Nouns has announced on Twitter that Héctor "K1" Rodríguez will join them in pursuit of their closed qualifier slot at The International 2023. K1 will replace Jacob "Husky" Fifik, the ex-position five player for the team.
K1 will take Luke "Yamsun" Wang's spot as the Carry player, while Yamsun will be transitioning to Position 5 to fill the missing role.
Nouns have found recent success by qualifying for their first-ever Dota 2 Major, where they, unfortunately, got eliminated in the Group Stage of the tournament. With the addition of a highly experienced Carry player such as K1, Nouns look to secure their first TI together.

The North American squad has a high chance of qualifying, as their main competitors, Shopify Rebellion and TSM, have already secured their invites to Ti12.
The qualifiers for The International 12 for North America will be held from August 17 to 21, where 14 teams will compete for one slot for the biggest tournament of the year.
