Tournament organizer Dota Pit announced OGA Dota Pit EU/CIS Season 5. It will take place online from December 13 to 20, and its total prize pool is $175,000.

The tournament includes a Double Elimination bracket, where the Grand Final will be held in BO5 format and the rest of the matches in BO3 format. Before the start of the competition, all participants were randomly seeded:
The previous OGA Dota Pit EU/CIS season took place in December last year. Then the tournament champion was Natus Vincere.
