Teams that did not participate in the DPC EEU Winter Tour will not be under any current restrictions on the DPC roster lock.
Rules for participants in open qualifications:
— Teams that did not participate in the DPC EEU Winter Tour may remove and add players until the end of qualification.— The ban on removing and adding players will start to apply to qualified rosters immediately after the completion of open qualifications.
— Qualifying teams will be required to play in the DPC EEU Spring Tour with the same roster they qualified.
For teams that participated in the DPC Winter Season, roster rules continue to apply. Since February 23, they can no longer remove players from the roster. Still, they have time until February 27 to assemble a roster for the DPC Spring Season. Teams that participate in qualifiers can change rosters until the final qualifying match.
