Somnus plans to play in a large tournament this May
During a personal broadcast, Chinese Esportsman 🇨🇳Lu "Somnus" Yao told viewers that he planned to play in a large Dota 2 LAN championship in May this year. The player didn't reveal any details about the event.
At the moment, 🇨🇳Somnus is inactive. After completing The International 11 in October 2022, the Esportsman announced his retirement from professional Dota 2. He started his career in 2013 and represented clubs such as Vici Gaming, LGD Gaming, CDEC Gaming, Elephant, and RNG. His total career prize money earned exceeds $3.2 million.
Earlier, there were rumors that ESL plans to hold several LAN championships on Dota 2. They will also hold 2 DreamLeague tournaments with a prize of $1,000,000 each and the Riyadh Masters 2023 with a $15,000,000 prize pool.
