Three teams sell slots in DPC: SEA Upper Division
Before the new competitive DPC season, the complete list of participants playing in the Regional Leagues has been revealed. There are 3 changes in the South East Asia Upper Division at once.
The next season will be without T1, RSG, and Lilgun. The teams have sold their slots, and the amount of the deal wasn't disclosed. Blacklist International, Bleed Esports, and Geek Fam. play in the new season. The first 2 organizations assembled a Dota 2 roster for the first time, while Geek Fam returned to the discipline after several years.

DPC: SEA Upper Division Winter Tour takes place from January 9 to 29, 2023. Teams compete for a $205,000 prize, DPC points, and invitations to the first major. At the end of the season, the 2 weakest teams lose the Upper Division slot.
