Tundra Esports defeated OG on the first DPC day
Tundra Esports started with a win over OG in the DPC WEU Division 1 match. But even with the substitution, OG could get one map.
The start of the first map didn't go well for Tundra right away. OG's too-active pick didn't give the opponent a chance. Queen of Pain and Spirit Breaker made kills all over the map. OG dictated the game for the entire 40 minutes. The map ended with a 14:52 score, and bzm on Queen of Pain finished it with 23/0/1
On the second map, Tundra abandoned their Clinkz support and took a standard set of heroes: Faceless Void + Magnus + Snapfire. For them, the game went smoothly from the start. By the 20th minute, the gold advantage reached 10,000. After Tundra took Roshan, it was game over for OG.
The deciding map was over in 23 minutes. Ursa and Beastmaster from Tundra destroyed their lines and gained too much advantage. There was nothing more the OG heroes could do, and Clinkz's support didn't work again, but for the second team.
Together with Tundra, Gaming Gladiators and Entity were successful in their opening matches in the first division of the DPC WEU. Quest Esports, Team Liquid, and OG started with losses. Remember that only 4 WEU teams qualify for the Bali Major 2023, where $500,000 and 3,500 DPC points are played out.
