Valve clarified rules for user broadcasts
Before the start of The International 10 Day 3, Valve has published a commentary clarifying the rules of the tournament's user broadcasts.
As before, anyone can do a community broadcast. The main thing is to comply with 2 rules: they base it only on DOTATV and their self-made content and are strictly non-commercial. Valve has clarified that they removed the 15-minute delay.
However, this year introduced an exception for casters who are under agreement with the video platforms. Since they can't abide by the general rule, they have the option to stream with a 15-minute delay.
The International 10 takes place from October 7 to 17 in Bucharest, the capital of Romania. It features 18 teams from different regions to compete for the prize pool of $40,018,195.
