LGD Gaming Continue Their Dominance By Sending 9 Pandas To The Lower Bracket
LGD Gaming has only dropped one map throughout the tournament and kept their record clean after taking down 9 Pandas in a 2-0 series.
In the first game, shiro picked Carry Dark Willow, a hero and role combination often played by professional players in pubs. We finally saw Willow Carry perform on the main stage, as LGD took a 12,000 net worth lead in 30 minutes.
Though the game seemed over, 9 Pandas made a miraculous high ground hold to find a way back into the game. After a gruelling 64 minutes, LGD could still take the win.
The second game wasn’t too interesting, as LGD took early control of the game and snowballed their advantage to a clean 2-0 victory. They will face the winner of Azure Ray versus Nouns in the Upper Bracket.
Meanwhile, 9 Pandas will play against the winner of the match between Gaimin Gladiators and Evil Geniuses in an elimination match.
