Xtreme Gaming Take Down G2.iG After Intense 67-Minute Game
Xm and the crew come out on top in the Chinese derby against G2.iG.
The first game was a total stomp in favor of Xtreme Gaming, where Ame remained untouched on his Bristleback, going 8/0/5. His carry counterpart, Monet, ended the game 0/1/0 on Luna with zero impact.
Game 2 was where all the action resided. Ame went for another Bristleback pick, but G2.iG responded properly with Primal Beast’s Aghanim’s Scepter and Sniper’s early Silver Edge. The game was extremely back-and-forth, with both teams trading team fights.
Ame’s Bristleback was addressed in this game, dying nine times. However, XinQ’s Marci turned out to be the determining factor. The position four player found lots of farm and became the real carry, buying Daedalus, Nullifier, and Swift Blink.
Still, G2.iG won a massive team fight to take a 19,000 net worth lead but could not end the game.
However, Monet and company proceeded to crumble under pressure, allowing Xtreme Gaming to win the game in the end.
Xtreme Gaming advance in the Upper Bracket while their opponents were sent to the Lower Bracket.
