PuckChamp declined the Dota 2 Champions League S7 invitation
The 7th season of the Dota 2 Champions League continues to lose participants. This time, PuckChamp, who was invited right to the playoffs, declined their invitation to the tournament. Who will take its place is still unknown.
PuckChamp explains the decline to participate in Dota 2 Champions League Season 7 by the overlapping dates of the transfer to the bootcamp and the start of the tournament's playoffs. The team is going to the bootcamp ahead of the DPC: CIS Regional Final, scheduled for February 18-20.
Previously, 3 other teams declined to participate in the Dota 2 Champions League S7 — Virtus Pro, Team Empire and AS Monaco Gambit. Their places were taken by Mind Games, IVY и Chicken Fighters.
Dota 2 Champions League Season 7 takes place online from January 24 to February 17. At the tournament, teams from the CIS and Europe will compete for the prize pool of $50,000.
