Tier list of Lvl 1 Neutral items

Esports analyst Ben "Noxville" Steenhuisen has presented a list of the most successful Lvl 1 Neutral items based on win rates on the professional Dota 2 scene in Patch 7.31.
S-Tier
- Possessed Mask – 51.06%
A-Tier
- Trusty Shovel – 50.67%
- Tumbler’s Toy – 50.34%
- Ocean Heart – 50.20%
B-Tier
- Chipped Vest – 50.00%
- Fairy’S Ping – 49.85%
- Big Pole – 49.81%
C-Tier
- Keen Optic – 49.61%
- Broom Handle – 49.54%
- Arcane Ring – 49.20%
As you can see, only one item has a win rate higher than 51% – Possessed Mask. The A-Tier category contains all items with a win rate higher than 50%, but other Tiers have a win rate equal to or lower than 50%.
Patch 7.31 was released in the Dota 2 client on February 23. Since then, more than 3,100 maps have been played on the professional stage. With the release of this patch, the game has a new character Primal Beast, as well as many neutral items changing.
