Vici Gaming has problems
Chinese Esports club Vici Gaming has faced financial difficulties, causing players not to receive their salaries. Also, the club owner has promised to exclude them from the team if they fail at The International 2023.
Recently, the owner of Vici Gaming issued a statement saying that the players had asked for a higher salary before the start of the competitive season but were rejected. The only option for that was passing to The International 2023. Failure to qualify for the championship would mean total disbandment.
Teammate 🇨🇳Xu "fy" Linsen responded to this statement. According to his information, since joining the team, he hasn't received a salary from the club and worked for free all this time.
In the DPC Spring Tour, Vici Gaming finished seventh in the DPC: China and dropped out of the Upper Division. The organization's only chance to qualify for The International 2023 lies through qualifiers, which take place after the third major.
